  1. In a medium sauce pan mix together the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon & salt.
  2. Mix the rice into the sauce and cook with a lid over low/medium heat until 70% of the milk is absorbed into the rice.
  3. Remove from the heat, mix in the raisins and cover for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with additional maple syrup, milk, or cinnamon. ENJOY!
