NOT Tuna Salad Sandwich
When you make a meal you of course want everyone to love it! Well, my Not Tuna Salad Sandwich is a hit with everyone I have ever given them to!
drained and rinsed (chickpeas
or chopped dill pickles
to taste and consistency
1/8 – 1/4
or Dulse flakes (can omit)
Place the drained beans into a food processor and pulse until broken up but not smooth. You can smash the beans up with a fork if you do not have a food processor. Pour into a medium sized bowl.
Mix in the celery, onions, and relish.
Add a Tablespoon of Veganaise, a squirt or two of mustard and the spices. Mix well and taste. Adjust the ingredients to your tastes.
Spread desired amount of NOT Tuna Salad onto a slice of bread and add lettuce and tomato if desired. Top top with the other slice of bread.
