NOT Tuna Salad Sandwich
When you make a meal you of course want everyone to love it!  Well, my Not Tuna Salad Sandwich is a hit with everyone I have ever given them to!

Ingredients

  1. Place the drained beans into a food processor and pulse until broken up but not smooth. You can smash the beans up with a fork if you do not have a food processor. Pour into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix in the celery, onions, and relish.
  3. Add a Tablespoon of Veganaise, a squirt or two of mustard and the spices. Mix well and taste. Adjust the ingredients to your tastes.
  4. Spread desired amount of NOT Tuna Salad onto a slice of bread and add lettuce and tomato if desired. Top top with the other slice of bread.
  5. Enjoy!
