Instructions
  1. Presoak cashews if you do not have a Vita-mix then rinse and pour into your high powered blender or food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.  If you are doing this in a food processor stop periodically and scrape the sides down. Add a small amount of water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust the spices to your liking. 
  4. Eat right away or pour into a container with a lid and refrigerate until well chilled. ENJOY!
Recipe Notes

Presoak cashews if you do not have a Vita-Mix.  Soaking nuts increases the nutrients and gives them a creamier consistency.
