Cream Cheese Scallions Rolled in Cheese
These vegan cream cheese scallions rolled in cheese are rich and creamy, yet have a kick of spice from the scallion.  OMG, I just love them and served as appetizers they go fast!   Be sure to make extra because you can’t eat just one of them.

  1. Wash the scallions and chop the root ends off. Dry completely.
  2. Scoop a small amount of vegan cream cheese out of the container and wrap it around the ends of the scallions. Go up as high as you want to. Repeat on as many as you would like to serve.
  3. Roll the cream cheese end of the scallion in your favorite vegan cheese shreds. Press lightly to make sure it sticks.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve then ENJOY!
