I make these Quick Homemade Pickles an hour or two before I need them. You can store them in the fridge for a couple of days. These are great added to most sandwich’s or even just as a snack.

Quick Homemade Pickles
1 small cucumber sliced
A few splashes of red wine vinegar
A few splashes of apple cider vinegar
Dash or two of celery salt
Pinch of dried dill weed
Pinch or two of sugar
Small piece of Jalapeño pepper (adds heat and the more you use the hotter it is)
Additional salt to taste
Slice cucumber and place into a bowl or a rounded plate.
Let the pickles marinate until you are ready to eat them. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your personal taste. ENJOY!
