These vegan cream cheese scallions rolled in cheese are rich and creamy, yet have a kick of spice from the scallion. OMG, I just love them and when I serve them as appetizers they go fast! Be sure to make extra because you can’t eat just one of them.
When buying scallions be sure to choose the thinnest ones you can. I generally only put the cream cheese up to the edge of the white of the onion but feel free to go as high as you want to.
