I started this website because I really enjoy helping others become healthier through their dietary choices by sharing what I have learned along my own path to wellness.   I want show people that eating a plant based vegan diet that is void of all animal products can taste great and not deprive them of anything.   I enjoy talking with people about health and nutrition, teaching them what I know and learning from them what they know.  I believe we are all here to learn and share with each other.  I have always been interested in better ways to be more natural with my health and that includes beauty.  I think physical beauty can come from what we put in our bodies as well as what we put on our bodies and I am always on the hunt for ways to enhance myself naturally.

I am a regular person who tries hard to be healthy and fails miserably at it sometimes, just others.  I never ever fall off the vegan wagon but do sometimes fall of the healthy wagon.  I always get further in my attempts at being healthy each time I try and I keep trying.  The knowledge I have acquired about health through nutrition and what I believe to be the “right” way to nourish my body has grown enough that I feel I can share.  If you have knowledge you feel you can share please do so freely.   I will post tips that I have learned through success and failure and I hope you will do the same.

As a side note I call myself a vegan because I do not ever consume animal products including meat, eggs, and dairy products as well as other animal derived ingredients like gelatin.  I initially switched over to this style of eating for my health only, although always cared about animal abuse and did not know anything about the impact on the environment.  Through my research I have learned much more about how animals are abused and how horrific their lives and deaths are as well as the impact on the planet.
