These recipes are kid friendly but as I say this you should know they are MY kids kid friendly. All kids are different and if you kids have been eating a high fat, high sugar or a SAD diet these recipes might not be as friendly to them but are good places to start and see where your kids tastes land. You need to be patient and find what your kids like because just like you, they have their own preferences and they may not match up with your own.
