Squash & Onions

These are quick, simple and tasty. You can use any type of squash that you like as well as any type of onion. Add some sesame seeds on top for added calcium.
Squash & Onions
serves 4-6
2 squash, sliced
1 onion, sliced
non fat spray (or olive oil if you want)
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Slice the onions and place in a heated pan sprayed with non fat spray. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the sliced squash and cook for 5 more minutes until tender crisp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot. ENJOY!
