Bruschetta

This is a quick and tasty side dish to almost any meal.  I had some left over sourdough bread so I decided to make a bruschetta.  I try and stick with McDougall type eating if possible so I did not add the olive oil that most recipes call for but it is still super yum!

Bruschetta

Fresh sliced bread
garli, minced
tomatoes, sliced
red onions
red wine vinegar
sea salt to taste

This one is just by taste so chop up a tomato or two, throw in a garlic bulb or two minced, chop up some red onion and splash with red wine vinegar (not too much) and sprinkle with a little salt. Put that on top of your bread, toast the bread slightly before if desired. Easy and not extra fat added.  ENJOY!
