I started the day off wrong with only eating the left over Strawberry Muffins but I was in a hurry which really is not a good excuse. I went grocery shopping and my husband came along which we both know is always a mistake. He bought a few junky foods which at the time I shook my head at him for but later ate along with him. I did not eat the horrible cookies he bought (vegan but full of junk) but ate the chips and a lot of them. Just like package says you can’t eat just one. bad bad bad
After the Enchiladas for dinner which was pretty darn good by the way I made some vegan cookie bars I found online and they we fair but not good enough to post a recipe on here for. Again as usual since I am too addicted to sugar I still ate several of them. I have been trying to keep our menu diverse to keep posting recipes as well as not be too repetitive on the 30 days of my daily menu but I am eating too much because of it. I realize that what “they” say is true about not having it in the house or you will eat it. I know my weaknesses and they are sweets and crunchy salty things so if they are here I will eat them. The problem is I don’t buy them very often but my husband or teenagers come home with them and it is hard to resist.
